Trash bash terrain finished.

Hello and welcome back to my blog.

Some new terrain from the depths of the rubbish bin....

A couple of walls.

These are card packing pieces which have been filled with expanding foam to give it a bit strength. They had a coat of textured paint. Grey spray primer went over the top followed by a white dry brush. A dark wash tied them together.

The posters where printed off and glued on. Signs and graffiti was added all over the walls. A couple of weathering washes was added. I have been experimenting with sepia artists ink. A little goes a long way.

This is a old world um....thingymabob. Who know what it did.

This started life as a pressed card fruit punnet. Again it got some expanding foam to reinforce them. Some poster board was glued on to make a base.

The pipes are drinking straws. The hatches are 1/35 tank wheels and the hatch wheels came from micro art.

Once again a textured paint coat was added followed by grey primer. Another white dry brush highlighted bits. I touched the pipes and hatches up with dark brown. Lots of browns and oranges where added to the metal bits.

Loads of dark brown and orange washes followed to weather and tie things in.

I spotted a hole in the side so some hot glue was added to look like a leak. Green paints made a nasty looking radioactive slime.

Posters, graffiti and more washes to tie it together. A little red to highlight the wheels and brown spots to the posters finishes it off.

This also hits another couple of spots on my hobby bingo card.

Thanks for looking and don’t lick the green slime!
